Cecil Richey Jr Rusk and West Rusk High School Scholarships

The Cecil Richey Jr Rusk and West Rusk High School Scholarships were established to support scholarships annually for qualifying students graduating from Rusk and West Rusk Independent School Districts and who will be attending SFA as freshmen.
