Ms. Patricia Mast

The lifelong Nacogdoches family of Mr. and Mrs. A.T. Mast Jr. created The Patricia Mast Art Scholarship to be used in support of academic and art scholarships, in general support of the Division of Nursing, and the SFA Arboretum.
A fourth-generation native of Nacogdoches, Mast has been prominent in ranching and timber businesses in East Texas and elsewhere. Three sons, Travis Mast III, a local pediatrician, John Mast, also active in timber and ranching endeavors here and in New Mexico, and the late Horace Mast, who died in a motorcycle accident, are all graduates of SFA.
A daughter, Patricia Mast George, who attended Sweet Briar in Virginia and the University of Texas in Austin, now resides in Dallas.
