Virdian Watkins Vaughn

This scholarship is intended for a music major working toward a teaching certification. Applicants must rank in the top 20% of High School graduating class, have a 90 average on the state-required curriculum, and meet all admission requirements. In cases of equal merit of applicants, preference will be given to students from Rusk County, Texas.
